Verblijf op een A plek, zijn de goedkoopste plekken. Een plek aan de voorzijde betaal je voor het uitzicht.
Toegang tot het zwembad, je moet een dag vooraf reserveren. De pizza automaten, maak een afhaal mogelijkheid. Eventueel uitbreiden met snacks, patat enz.
Prima standplaats, ondergrond met fijne kiezel. Netjes onderhouden. De camper kon niet op de aangewezen plek staan, makelijk kunnen wijzigen naar een andere.

Prachtige omgeving maar de camping te druk, helemaal bij de afwas en sanitair. Sfeer is niet fijn.
Extra sanitair huis, minder maar grotere plekken.
Beslist geen 110m2, bij 75m2 houdt het wel op. Te krap en te dicht op de buren

De camping is netjes maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Onaardig personeel, niet klant vriendelijk, heel duur, kleine plekken en extreem veel zinloze regels.
Personeel opvoeden, klant vriendelijker worden , meer sfeer maken, prijzen naar beneden en minder regels . Alleen al het invullen van dit formulier is dwingend

Prachtige camping, fantastische sanitaire voorzieningen, schoon, mooie campingwinkel met ruim assortiment, supervriendelijk personeel. Helemaal top!

Receptie zoals 5 sterren hotel, winkel met goed assortiment en zeer netjes. Dolomieten bad is zoals een wellness nog niet eerder zo luxe op een camping gehad.
Keurige en goed onderhouden staanplaatsen. Water en afvoer dichtbij net als stroomlijnt.

Besonders gut das Lokal und der Pool und auch die Sauberkeit der Waschräume.
Die Duschen, zu den Stoßzeiten bilden sich lange Schlangen.
Der Stellplatz war gut, das nächste mal würde ich eine höhere Kategorie wählen

Excellent, du jamais vu pour un camping : sanitaires extrêmement propres et spacieux, de très nombreux équipements, épicerie très pratique, personnel sympathique
Superbe cabane, agréable et spacieuse ! Magnifique vue, emplacement calme
Les sanitaires sont bien plus loin que les 80m annoncés

Staff was very friendly. Facilities where excellent, also for smaller children.
The opening times and reservation system for the pool. This is perhaps a welltought solution, but for the children this was a minus.
Pitch, was good. Shade available.
Alle Gäste die unsere Homepage besuchen und oder bei uns buchen, werdn darüber informiert, d.h noch vor Anreise, daher kann man das akzeptieren oder nicht. Ohne Regelung wäre der KLEINE Pool wohl ganz geschlossen in so heißen Sommertagen und wir können uns nicht leisten, die Vorschriften die uns gegeben werden zu missachten.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub zum Wandern Bio-Biken und Golfen
Platz war sehr groß sauber Wasserstelle und Stromanschluß direkt am Platz.
Der steinige Untergrund hat leider einige Heringe unbrauchbar gemacht!

Insgesamt sehr schön, hatten einen tollen Urlaub und der Platz war sehr angenehm

Platz hat leider etwas wenig Schatten, was für die Hitze im Sommer mit Kindern nicht ganz so praktisch ist, besonders, weil man sich nicht hinstellen darf, wie man möchte, sondern es genaue Stellregeln gibt

Pool, Sauberkeit, gute Anbindung an den Bus
Öffnungszeiten des Shops (ein Getränkeautomat wäre toll), teilweise ist die Entfernung zum Waschhaus sehr weit, vielleicht am Pool eine Möglichkeit schaffen?
Ausblick
Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Öffnugnszeiten des Shops in der Hauptferienzeit sind auf das möglichste ausgedehnt: 7.30 -11.15+ u 15.00-19.30 + Sonntag von 7.30 -11 Uhr, hier sollte man genug Zeit finden, zum Einkaufen.. dazwischen und nach Öffnungszeiten benötigen wir Zeit zum Auffüllen, Einräumen und Putzen, denn unser Shop ist kein großer Supermarkt, der viel Platz in den Regalen hat..

The campsite itself is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The grounds are spotless, the facilities are clean, and it is clear that a lot of care and effort goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. It is a lovely place to stay and enjoy nature in a peaceful environment.
Unfortunately, the reception felt cold and impersonal, more like checking into a hotel than arriving at a welcoming campsite. Camping should feel warm and friendly, but that was missing. We also found the pool policy difficult to understand. Guests are limited to just one 45-minute session in the afternoon. When temperatures are well above 30°C, this restriction is frustrating, as the pool is one of the few places to cool down and relax during the hottest part of the day.
The pitch was exactly what you would expect from a campsite: spacious, clean, and well maintained. It was great to have a water connection directly at the pitch, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.
The only point of criticism is that the reception staff did not really take the time to consider which pitch would best suit our camping setup. A little more thought and advice would have been appreciated.

Very nice camping, perfectly maintained, perfect bathing building. At a very good location to explore the area.
Just very little green (grass) to play on for the kids, at the pitch itself as well as at the playground, where there are just wood chips. Also, it would be a lot better if cars would be mandatory to park at a separate car park, now all pitches and streets on the campsite are crowded with cars, which also drive back and forth the entire day.

Etwas kulanter in der Stornierung!! Voller Preis bezahlt, inkl. Personen, Hunde und Mietbad und wurde bestimmt weitervermietet....

Lieber Gast, unsere Reservierungs- Stornoregelungen werden allen Gästen 3x schriftlich mitgeteilt, und natürlich werden diese dann entsprechend angewandt, überhaubt bei kurzfristigen Stornierungen Verbindlichkeiten gelten immer auf beiden Seiten, sonst macht eine Reservierung keinen Sinn

A campsite in a wonderful location. There are many tourist attractions nearby. The Völser Weiher lake is great for a relaxing day.
I really miss a small bar at the campsite, where you can start your daily hike after having a croissant and a coffee in the morning. And in the evening you can relax with a drink while watching the World Cup final, for example. Well, on the day of the World Cup final, Sunday, everything was closed at the campsite. It felt strange, as if Italy had denied that such a world event was happening...
There was some shade during the day, and the view of the mountains was fantastic.
There was a road running alongside the pitch, which was very busy in the morning and late afternoon/evening. So this pitch was less private.
Thank you for your feedback. It’s a shame you didn’t check our website beforehand to find out about our holiday complex and its facilities. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, so playing football wouldn’t have been possible anyway.
