These spacious plots, surrounded by bushes, are our greatest treasures, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity to every buccaneer who drops anchor here. And what can we say about being so close to the open sea… A rare privilege that sets every sailor’s heart racing! We’re particularly touched by the kindness of our buccaneers and the skills of our ship’s cook at the tavern overlooking the waves. Savouring a good meal with your feet in the sand is one of the simple pleasures we love to offer to everyone who comes aboard the Californie Plage. Unfortunately, our wild coves do not sail under our flag. Regulations prevent us from entering these protected areas, even though our pirate hearts would love to keep them as pristine as the deck of our ship! Its three bedrooms offer all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay dedicated to relaxation. As for our water park, we know it’s as sought-after as a pirate’s treasure chest! Our three heated pools, our thrilling water slide and our hot tub do indeed attract a whole fleet of young sailors and seasoned seafarers alike. For those seeking an escape from the crowds, our two unspoilt coves are ideal for weighing anchor far from the hustle and bustle, and the large beach at Vias, just 2 km away, offers you an additional haven of peace. We are thrilled to welcome every holidaymaker, whether they are French, Dutch, English or from elsewhere. We regret the language barrier and are setting a course to overcome it, so that all our sailors feel even more welcome. Ahoy, Nelleke! Your message has safely reached our pirate island, and our crew would like to thank you for sharing your logbook. What a pleasure to read that our waterside tavern and the general atmosphere on board the ship made your stopover such a delight! Our buccaneers put their heart and soul into creating an atmosphere where every ship’s boy can relax and celebrate. Your comment about the toilets has set off alarm bells. The block closest to the sea, very handy when returning from a swim, is an old building that the ‘coastal law’ prevents us from renovating. However, it is carefully cleaned by our crew several times a day. Other, more modern toilet blocks are available elsewhere on the site. As for the sun, we have plenty of poplar trees on the site, but not all our pitches can be shaded. It also depends on the time of day. There is always a shaded area as the sun moves across the sky. Ahoy Marion! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your pitch with private toilet facilities in the shade of our trees! The off-season does indeed allow you to enjoy a bit more peace and quiet. Your compliments on the cleanliness of your private facilities and the convenience of the fridge are a real boost to our buccaneers, who look after the ship’s upkeep every day. Unfortunately, the two unspoilt coves accessible from our hideaway are not within our jurisdiction, which prevents us from carrying out our cleaning operations there. For larger stretches of sand, head for Vias beach, just 2 kilometres away! As for the mosquitoes, these little air pirates also enjoy our natural setting. Our crew ensure that environmentally friendly insect repellents are applied regularly. Ohé travelers! The story of your lovely family cruise enchants us, thank you so much for sharing it! Your CAP'TAIN CROCHET cottage clearly lived up to all its promises! A real little haven of peace to recharge your batteries between expeditions! The issue of electric scooters has been duly noted in our logbook. The speed limit is 10 km/h for all of our sailors.
