Regarding your pitch, we would like to remind you that, as your booking was made the day before for the following day, we allocated you an available pitch from amongst those remaining. When you came to see us at midday the following day to discuss this matter, we offered you several alternative pitches, which you declined. As for our rates, these are displayed transparently before the booking is confirmed, whether for the stay itself, booking fees or additional services such as electricity. Everyone is therefore free to book whilst being fully aware of the total cost of their stay. We are nevertheless pleased to read that our swimming pool and the surrounding area contributed positively to your stay in our region.
