We’re pleased that you appreciated our well-maintained campsite, the renovated sanitary facilities, our restaurant, and the friendliness of our team and night watchman. We would just like to clarify the reception opening hours: in July and August, reception is open continuously from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. During the low season, it closes between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Regarding the noise and behaviour of some neighbouring guests, we completely understand your comments. A campsite is a shared living space, and we expect everyone to respect their neighbours, whether this concerns loud conversations, phone or video calls, lighting or other disturbances. Our team is always available if a situation becomes troublesome, so that we can intervene when necessary. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope that despite these inconveniences caused by neighbouring guests, you enjoyed your stay and your time with your family in Palau del Vidre.

We are, however, surprised by your comment regarding the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. You stayed with us for one night at the beginning of September, when the campsite was relatively quiet, and our facilities were still being cleaned several times a day. Nevertheless, we are sorry if their condition did not meet our usual standards at the time of your visit. Regarding the restaurant, we are rather surprised by your comment about the limited Mediterranean choice. Our menu includes a wide variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, from tapas and starters to main courses, including local and regional specialities. In addition to our regular menu, our chef also offers different daily suggestions. Had you asked us for advice, our team would have been very happy to recommend some of the Mediterranean specialities on our menu according to your tastes. We therefore feel it is a little unfair to judge our Mediterranean offering solely on the burger you chose to order.
